Shipping policy

Rigas is dedicated to making sure every order is shipped quickly and arrives safely. Once an order is placed, it is usually prepared within one business day, excluding weekends and public holidays. As soon as the package is shipped, customers will automatically receive an email with tracking details.

All orders are sent using a tracked express shipping service. Delivery times can vary depending on the destination country and local courier operations, but estimated delivery generally takes up to 15 business days.

Shipping costs are determined during checkout according to the customer’s location and the size of the purchase.

Customers are able to follow their shipment at any time through the tracking link provided after dispatch. If no tracking confirmation has been received within 48 hours, customers should contact support for assistance.

Please keep in mind that shipping times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including customs inspections, weather disruptions, or transportation delays.

For international shipments, additional customs duties or import fees may apply depending on local regulations. These charges are not included in the order total and must be covered by the customer if required.
