Refund policy

At Rigas, customer satisfaction is important to us. If there is an issue with your order, we are here to help through our return and refund process.

To request a return or exchange, customers must first contact our support team at Rigastore@outlook.com and include their order number in the email. Once the request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide the correct return instructions and shipping address.

Returned items must be sent back within 30 days after receiving the order. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method, since refunds or exchanges can only be completed once the returned package has arrived and been inspected. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

After the item is delivered to our facility, the inspection and processing period may take between 3 and 5 business days. If the return is approved, a refund or replacement will be issued accordingly. Customers will receive email notifications throughout the process, including confirmation once the refund has been completed. Depending on the payment provider, refunded funds may take several additional days to appear.

Please note that returns will only be accepted for products with verified manufacturing defects or damaged items received upon delivery. Products that show signs of wear, washing, misuse, alterations, incorrect sizing selection, or damage caused after delivery are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

To qualify for a return, all items must remain unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, including tags and packaging. Items received as replacements or exchanges cannot be refunded.

Customers should not send products back without first contacting us, as returns sent to the sender’s address or without authorization may not be accepted

Rigas is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect shipping details provided by the customer, refused packages, or incomplete address information. In these situations, refunds may not be available. If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us immediately so we can assist before the order is dispatched.
